Por el departamento de Rentas y Exacciones del Ayuntamiento de Calp se informa que la obligatoriedad de disponer de un Número de Identificación Fiscal (DNI o NIE) para el pago del precio público de la piscina municipal, viene establecido en la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, dado que el Artículo 29.2.b) establece la obligación de los *obligados tributarios de "solicitar y utilizar el número de identificación fiscal en sus relaciones de naturaleza o con trascendencia tributaria", no teniendo los precios públicos naturaleza, pero sí, transcendencia tributaria, pues deberá aplicarse dicha Ley y su normativa de desarrollo para su cobranza.
*(Los obligados tributarios son las personas físicas o jurídicas que se benefician o utilizan los servicios o actividades que generan el precio público que se debe satisfacer)
En base a dicha legalidad vigente es por lo que, para la inscripción y el pago del precio público del servicio de la piscina municipal, este Ayuntamiento no puede admitir otro documento de identificación distinto al establecido para los obligados tributarios.
POR LO TANTO, NO ES POSIBLE ACCEDER NI HACER USO DE LA PISCINA SIN NIE O DNI VIGENTE Y VÁLIDO.

The Calp Town Hall's Revenue and Tax Department informs residents that the requirement to have a Tax Identification Number (DNI or NIE) for payment of the municipal swimming pool's public fees is established in Law 58/2003, of December 17, the General Tax Law. Article 29.2.b) establishes the obligation for taxpayers to "request and use their tax identification number in their dealings of a tax nature or with tax implications." While public fees are not tax-related in nature, they do have tax implications, as this Law and its implementing regulations must be applied for their collection.
*(Taxpayers are individuals or legal entities that benefit from or use the services or activities that generate the public fee that must be paid.)
Based on current legislation, this City Council cannot accept any identification document other than the one established for taxpayers for registration and payment of the public fee for the municipal swimming pool service.
THEREFORE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE SWIMMING POOL WITHOUT A VALID NIE OR DNI.
